I declare that

I am a citizen of India
I am 18 years or above
I am not a member of any political party.
I have not been charge-sheeted in any criminal offence.
I have read the constitution of the party including its core principles and code of conduct and I promise to abide by them.
The information submitted above is true to my belief and knowledge and that I have not misrepresented the facts
In case, any discrepancy is found in my application form, my membership of the party shall automatically stand cancelled
I shall pay the membership fee in time. If my membership fee is not paid for two consecutive years, it should be deemed to have been terminated without any further notice to me.
I have paid/am paying my Membership Fee through Wallet/Cash/digitally
I agree to receiving any communication from the party through SMS, email or telephone.
I agree that I shall declare my source of income if it appears to be disproportionate to my known sources of income.
